All tools and directories are provided strictly for workflow optimization, discovery, and facilitation purposes.
2. Search Engines & Public Listings Directory (“Work As It Is” / As-Is Standard)

Operating Entity & Ownership: ELIT AI Property Search & Analytics is a specialized functional module wholly owned, administered, and operated by GulfUSA Capital LLC through its central portal ELITMATRIX (elitmatrix.com).
Software Nature & Role: GulfUSA Capital LLC provides AI-powered digital support, technical data aggregation, listing indexing, risk scoring, and informational workflows. The company is not a registered broker-dealer, real estate broker, mortgage broker, investment advisor, title insurance agency, or law firm.
Licensed Third-Party Execution: All regulated legal, financial, mortgage, loan origination, and transactional services are performed exclusively by independent licensed third-party attorneys, licensed financial advisors, and authorized partner institutions.
Data Aggregation & Public Sources: Market metrics, zoning parameters, and property indicators are aggregated and processed through ELITMATRIX digital pipelines via independent technical data vendors, public municipal records, and general market sources. External listing-platform links are provided solely for user verification and convenience; GulfUSA Capital LLC and ELITMATRIX do not claim ownership of proprietary third-party listings.
No Warranty of Accuracy: Automated data aggregation, algorithmic risk indexing, and filtering cannot guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Users must independently verify property attributes, zoning, municipal permits, title status, and financial assumptions before entering binding agreements.
